Terms of Service

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
Some of the terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

II. PAYMENT & FEES

All payments must be made through the platform I use, using Euro ONLY (please take into account currency conversion fees).
For orders ABOVE 70€: After sending you the sketch, you must pay at least 50% of the price. Once finished, you will receive the final product once I have received the remaining amount.
For orders BELOW 70€: I do not allow for a split payment. In such cases, you will be informed about it and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can begin.
The exact price will depend on the complexity of the commission, according to me (see Prices for the price range of each product).

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Please provide a clear description of what you're looking for.
Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.
For commissions that I consider take me less time: You must agree to give me at least enough time to finish the product.

IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.
As I work, I will regularly send you updates of the artwork and ask for changes. You can only make major changes in the beginning and minor ones later on with no extra charge.
You must agree that the product will be digitally delivered to the email address that you've provided (and Discord), after I have received the final payment.
Deadlines (if there are any) must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
I will always do my best to complete your commission within the settled deadline, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issue that comes up to keep you informed.

V. REFUND POLICY

Once the final product is done, a refund is not permitted.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money of your commission at any time.
I will not issue any refund unless it is my decision. If I cannot finish your piece for some reason, you will be refunded 100%.
You have the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for 4 consecutive weeks, or when the product hasn't been completed within 2 months.

VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

I reserve all rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media (unless asked not to).
The final product is strictly for your personal use only (excluding thumbnails).
Credit isn't required, but still really appreciated.
You do NOT hold the right to claim the artwork as yours, remove my watermark/signature, color my sketches/lineart, nor use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
